CrewPayDay — Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-08-27

These terms govern your use of CrewPayDay. By requesting access or using the app you accept them.

1. What CrewPayDay is

CrewPayDay is an independent tool that reads a cabin-crew roster from a selected calendar, .ics file or PDF and produces an ESTIMATE of the resulting pay, based on the rates configured for your crew position and seniority. It can also present an on-device Roster Calendar, roster-change information, rest advisories and informational compliance findings.

CrewPayDay is not an official payroll system and is not endorsed by, affiliated with or operated by any airline.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

CrewPayDay is intended for cabin crew. Access is granted manually by an administrator after review, and may be refused or withdrawn.

Your account is personal. You are responsible for the device you use it on and for everything done through your account. Do not share your access with anyone else.

3. Accuracy of the information you provide

You must provide accurate registration details, including your real name and your genuine company email address. Access may be refused or revoked if the details are inaccurate or misleading.

4. Roster processing

You are responsible for having the right to use the calendar or roster file you select, and for any confidential information it contains.

CrewAccess .ics files and selected calendar events are parsed on your device. PDF files are sent to the server for text extraction. Normalized roster data is sent to the server to produce your estimate and is not retained there. Results are stored on your device.

Automatic reading of a calendar or file can be imperfect. Unusual PDF layouts, scans, incomplete EventKit fields or handwritten changes may be misread.

5. Salary figures are estimates

All figures CrewPayDay shows are informational estimates. They are NOT an official payroll statement, payslip, or confirmation of any payment.

Roster Calendar entries, change notices, hypothetical scenario comparisons, rest advisories and FTL or compliance findings are also informational aids. They do not change your official roster, submit a CAE request, guarantee acceptance, or replace an airline roster, operations instruction, collective agreement, regulation, medical advice or professional legal advice.

You remain solely responsible for checking your official salary and payment information with your employer. CrewPayDay must not be used as evidence in a pay dispute or as a substitute for your employer's official statement.

6. Acceptable use

7. Service availability

CrewPayDay is provided as-is and as-available. Uploading a roster and calculating an estimate require an internet connection and a working server; previously calculated results remain viewable offline.

Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn, and no particular level of availability is guaranteed.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached, if eligibility cannot be verified, or if the service is misused. You can end your use at any time by deleting your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account.

9. Data and privacy

How CrewPayDay handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewPayDay and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on an estimate, from an incorrectly read roster, from service unavailability, or from any indirect or consequential damage.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed; continuing to use CrewPayDay means you accept the current version.
